HELP JOEY

JOEY HAS BEEN WITH US FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND RECENTLY HE SADLY SUFFERED AN UNEXPLAINED FIT.  UNFORTUNATELY IT LEFT HIM UNABLE TO SEE AND NOT THE FIT YOUNG MAN SHOWN IN THIS PHOTO.  THE VETS HAVE DONE ALL THE TESTS THEY CAN FOR NOW AND ALL HAVE COME BACK CLEAR SO WHY HE HAD THE FIT IS STILL A MYSTERY.
UPDATE 1ST APRIL 2008: JOEY IS GETTING A BIT BETTER AND WE THINK HIS SIGHT IS SLOWLY RETURNING.  HE IS STILL QUIET COMPARED TO THE DAFT DOG WE ARE USED TO BUT HE IS ON MEDICATION WHICH SEEMS TO BE HELPING HIM.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP JOEY DONATIONS CAN BE SENT VIA PAYPAL (BELOW), CASH, CHEQUES OR CARD PAYMENTS IN PERSON TO THE CENTRE OR CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDERS VIA THE POST.

YOUR UNWANTED MOBILE PHONES.

IF FATHER CHRISTMAS GIVES YOU A NEW ONE FOR CHRISTMAS, PLEASE DONATE YOUR OLD ONE TO ANIMAL CARE.

THEY CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT THE CHARITY SHOP IN MORECAMBE, OR AT THE SANCTUARY.

WE ARE ALWAYS GRATEFUL FOR BRIC A BRAC, CLOTHES, BEDDING AND ANY OTHER ITEMS TO SELL IN OUR SHOP, USE AT FUND RAISING EVENTS OR USE AT THE KENNELS.

Items of clothing can be dropped off at the shop (40 Claremont Rd, Morecambe) or, at the sanctuary on Blea Tarn Rd, Scotforth, Lancaster.  Please would you mind ensuring any bags of clothes etc are no too full and heavy so our volunteers can move them easily.  If you cannot get to either of the above you can ring the kennels on 01524 65495 between 11am-3pm any day to arrange a van collection.
THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN'T USE, SELL OR RECYCLE......WELL OTHER THAN FEATHER FILLED DUVETS AND PILLOWS. EVERYTHING ELSE CAN HELP BENEFIT THE CHARITY.
